The first steps :
First telephone appointment, in English or French, to introduce yourself and find out what you are looking for.
Discovery meeting, to discuss your project in a little more detail. This meeting can take place by video or in person, because it's always nicer to put a face to a person.
We propose an initial project, based on our initial discussions and your wishes and desires. First images of inspirations are proposed to you, as well as an estimate for our accompaniment in the organization of your Wedding.

Why should I use a Wedding planner?
First and foremost, to make the most of your wedding day! To enjoy your friends, family and guests without worrying about all the small details that can easily be overlooked but make the difference between a nice wedding and a truly exceptional wedding. . . it all in the "details"!!!. The Wedding Planner will help you save time, money and stress. She will discuss your ideas with you and give you the benefit of her experience to make your dream day a reality. Using a Wedding Planner also allows you to benefit from her expertise and her network of service providers. They know the latest market trends and can create an exclusive, personalised wedding, ensuring that every detail is perfectly orchestrated.
When should I contact a Wedding planner?
For complete organisation, try to contact a Wedding Planner 18 to 12 months before your ideal date. The earlier the better, so you can secure your preferred suppliers. If you only need one day of coordination, don't panic. You can sign the contract between 3 and 6 months before your wedding.
How does the Wedding planning process work with a Wedding Planner?
As a Wedding Planner, I take charge of putting together your wedding project, following a number of key stages. The first task is to choose the ideal venue, and I offer you a selection of venues that match your expectations, with their descriptions. Next, I carefully recommend wedding professionals such as caterers, photographers, musicians, florists, etc., highlighting their talents and complementarities to create the best wedding experience for you.
Each service is subject to a contractual estimate. We will work together to draw up a provisional budget, and I will keep track of expenses to help you meet your payment schedule.
I provide you with a retroplanning tool that guides you step-by-step through the priorities of your project. Our communication takes place mainly online, via e-mail, telephone calls, videoconferences or appointments.
Appointments, conferences, tours and tastings are an essential part of the planning process, and I take care of scheduling these meetings with recommended and approved professionals. I am present at these appointments for the duration of the planning process.
In our decision-making process, I am committed to transparency, providing you with all the necessary information, including my recommendations, proposals from suppliers and details of costs. We mutually commit to a caring relationship based on honesty and trust to ensure the success of your event.
What is the difference between Wedding Coordination and Wedding Organisation?
Coordination is when the Wedding Planner steps in during the last few months before your event to go over all the plans you have already made and make sure they come to fruition! The Wedding Planner coordinates between the suppliers and you to ensure that your plans unfold exactly as you wish. Wedding planning is when you and your Wedding Planner work together to plan every aspect of your event. He or she will help you find and book suppliers, create a design, find décor, monitor your budget and organise the behind-the-scenes details. Wedding planning includes a coordination service on the big day.
Is the Wedding Planner present from start to finish?
Your Wedding Planner will be present throughout the Wedding, following the set-up and tear-down of the event, coordinating all the suppliers, checking that every detail is delivered as agreed and being ready to deal with any unexpected last-minute changes or problems. The Wedding Planner will, of course, also take care of the couple and guide the guests so that the Wedding runs smoothly.
