With a “Dolce Vita” theme, the common thread is obvious, and the color palette to use immediately comes to mind. With a “Peps” style, the guiding principle also seems simple, with lots of colors and volume.
However, we would like to draw your attention to Wedding themes that are too specific, which could limit your options and give you a feeling of déjà vu.
In order to find that famous common thread in every detail of your Wedding, you can use an inspiration board. It’s an excellent tool for visualizing every detail and projecting what your decoration will look like. The goal is to use it to express the colors, materials, and overall atmosphere you want for your wedding.
Knowing how to set limits
It’s not always easy to limit yourself when you start shopping and ordering decorations for your Wedding. But be careful, a successful decoration does not mean an overly busy decoration. You have to find the right balance so as not to cross the line into “too much,” which could unfortunately detract from all your beautiful efforts.

To avoid bad purchases or wasted time, make sure you have the exact measurements of your Wedding venue, as well as the exact position of each element that will be present on the big day (windows, doors, etc.). If possible, ask the owners for a floor plan of the venue with its dimensions.
Once you are there, also note any elements that may not match your vision for your Wedding. You can then find decorative elements to hide them.
